QUAN Investors has recently bought the office building at the Naritaweg 175 in Amsterdam (Sloterdijk) from Patrizia. This office building, built in 2006, was bought as a new construction at the time by an Oppenheim fund, one of Patrizia’s predecessors.

QUAN buys this building as a portfolio extension of it’s private real estate fund, QUAN City Edges I, which focusses on peripheral office – and light-industrial buildings in the fastest growing cities in the Netherlands. The Naritaweg 175 office building is completely leased to the English/German company SoftwareOne and consists of 3500 sqm GFA. The building is located in the ‘Barajas Plantsoen’, a suburb of Sloterdijk that was given a new zoning plan in 2020. The new zoning plan is mixed-use between residential and office. The asset management of the building will be done by QB Management, with PropertyView being property manager of the building.

Patrizia, the seller of the building, was being advised by CMS Advocaten during the sale. Quan was advised by HMK Notarissen, Van Dijk en Ten Cate Vastgoedadviseurs and SGS Search. The financing was provided by Rabobank.
