Bishop
In a partnership with Harbert Management Corporation, currently for its 5th European Real Estate Fund (Heref V), the acquisition and management of the so-called Bishop portfolio was initiated. Since 2019, 13 assets have been bought, of which a minority has been sold in due course.
QCE-I
“QUAN City Edges-I” has been initiated and issued in 2019 as an exclusive closed-end structure. The fund consists of 4 assets; offices and the combinations of office-warehouse, located in the upcoming outskirts of the few biggest and fastest growing Dutch cities.
