About Quan

QUAN combines investment management and asset management in Dutch commercial real estate. QUAN Investors sources and acquires assets, structures co investments and invests in real estate niches, whilst QUAN’s asset management arm manages the business plan and executes the exit.

Two dedicated disciplines, each with its own focus and expertise. Working closely together, they keep strategy and execution aligned and disciplined. For clients and co-investors, this means fewer handovers, faster alignment, and stronger control from strategy to asset performance.

QUAN Investors is QUAN’s advisory and investment arm. We provide the full investment package for real estate, from sourcing and acquiring to structuring and financing. Since 2018, QUAN has acted as a partner for family offices, private wealth, international fund managers and corporates.

QUAN Management

QUAN Management is QUAN’s asset and property management discipline and sales advisor. We execute the business plan at asset level, manage tenants and stakeholders, lead commercial and operational management, and report at asset level to QUAN Investors or directly to clients. We also execute exits through asset or share transactions.

In exclusive and closed end structures, joint-ventures or partnerships, we strive for maximum returns for our (co-)investors and ourselves, whilst constantly limiting the risk profiles. As excellent professionals we operate in full transparency, in compliance with all and actual applicable law and regulations and with a naturally high ethical standard.

INVESTMENTS | -OFFICE & (LIGHT-) INDUSTRIAL

QUAN invests via various structures and partnerships – like BISHOP Investments (Luxemburg based fund HEREF V) and QUAN City Edges in office buildings and a few combined office/light-industrial buildings. Both in Core Plus, as well as value add strategies.

RETAIL / F&B (“Horeca”)

In a joint-venture with NVP, under the name of PROPINA INVEST, QUAN invests and aggregates in smaller volumes F&B/Hospitality properties, building a prime and dominant portfolio in central city locations in Top-25 old/student-/ retail- cities. www.propina-invest.nl

 

In partnerships with two separate internation investors, QUAN acquires neigborhood shopping centers and supermarkets/ small convenience centers, both in Core Plus as well as Value Aaa strategies.

HOSPITALITY | HOTEL

In a joint-venture named “KESTON Hospitality”, QUAN Builds a selective portfolio in core plus and/or value add hotel and leisure properties, with preference for cases that ínclude the operational business. www.keston.nl
