Quan finds itself in a unique position in the Dutch market, with Quan’s subsidiary QB Management in charge of the Asset Management and also being closely related to Dutch real estate developer Boelens de Gruyter. Any matters regarding development and asset management can quickly be reviewed in-house.
Fund and Investment Management
Quan builds real estate portfolios in the Netherlands, by originating and co-investing in partnerships with its investors. We focus on delivering strong returns for our investors, by continuously seeking new investment opportunities. Our strong experience in the real estate market and our broad network makes us excellent at creating these diverse portfolios.
Our investment managers have broad experience in the execution of asset- or share transactions, due diligence, and debt structuring. Our team of investment and asset managers constantly monitor the portfolios, including the investment strategy, acquisitions and dispositions.
Asset Management
Our investment managers work closely together with our asset management team. Before origination, the asset management team is consulted to analyse the performance of the individual assets and identifying opportunities for optimizing the portfolio. Our asset management team has built a great relationship with our most important tenants over the years. Their experience and network makes them constantly aware of what is happening in the real estate market.
During the investment horizon our asset managers provide excellent service to our stakeholders, providing the day-to-day management of the assets including the external property manager.
Besides being Quan’s asset manager, our subsidiary QB Management is also the exclusive asset management partner for Boelens de Gruyter and Heineken.
